Shipping from Domestic

My Wanco is using third party providers most of our products via Australia Post from Sydney, delivery time frame may vary between 3-15 days. We will contact you via email with the email address you provided at checkout to notify you on order updates.

Shipping from International

My Wanco is a global platform that connects customers with stores from around the world. Stores may offer a number of different shipping methods depending on the item variation and your location.

Please note that some items may ship directly with DHL, FedEx or UPS. Delivery may require signature confirmation depending on the delivery service utilized.

Standard Shipping - To maintain low shipping costs, stores will generally choose an economical shipping option based on your and the store's location and the size of the order. Once the parcel reaches your country, it will be handed over to your local carrier for the final leg of delivery.

Standing delivery times are 5 – 7 business days for standard metro areas*. Please note delivery to regional locations may take up to 14 business days.

*Please note that there may be some delays in domestic delivery times due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation.

Processing Times

Orders may take 1-4 business days to process before shipment is initiated. It mostly depends on general order volume at the time. Processing times may increase during Christmas holiday season.
